Book – “After Hamelin” a novel by BC author and CBC radio personality Bill Richardson, tells the story of what happened after the pied piper led the children out of Hamelin. It involves a dragon and a deaf girl – who couldn’t hear the piper and so was spared! This fantastic novel is in great condition and will make a great gift for my friend Zoe and it was just $1.50!

Bright red sweater – This Audrey Hepburn inspired sweater is just for me to wear to every Christmas party I go to this season. I’ll look great and it only cost me $3.

Boots – These leather boots are the most expensive thing I’ve purchased at a thrift shop lately – they cost me all of $15 – but the soles were in perfect condition as is the leather. They are super comfortable to boot – no pun intended.

Angel – This is perhaps my best find: a Jim Shore Heartwood Creek angel. On his website, he lists her at $32.50 – are you ready for this? I got her for $5! My sister is going to love her!
