The HIV/AIDS program seeks to work with churches, community organizations and individuals interested in providing support to persons infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, as well as providing a local support group for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
The HIV/AIDS program offers information and educational resources to pastors, churches, and community organizations. As a local Pastor said, "I am pleased to know that there is a Christian organization working with people with HIV." This program receives calls from people newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, as well as from pastors and individuals in church and the community asking for advice on how to support people living with HIV. MCC is interested in working with churches and individuals that want to provide support to people with HIV/AIDS.
